Personally, I don't like much but yes I can say that company culture is allover OK. People are friendly.

Well folks, you are hired with the promised that you will get a good PLP while negotiation on your salary so, don't come on their trap ALWAYS ask for fixed amount. The organization is completely LALA shop with full of family business who fired people without giving a second thought, does not matter if the person is really guilty.
