When I joined M3M in 2015 the company is struggling. We worked together and make M3M a big brand in realestate. Now company not required hardworking employees. Peoples are successful who has good experience in buttering. Few things which is going wrong in M3M, vendor payments are stuck, customer are face problems, as per employee when I left M3M life work balance is really bad.

Dislikes

No value for employees and there families. In a year almost 5 month there was no weekly off. There few work in weekend, but we have to come office only for showing face. My parents told me 'you don't have some free time for us'. This sentence push me leave the company. Hope management understand values. Employees are not pets, they have parents, kids and relatives.

Work Details

In 2015 M3M is struggling to complete projects. Today M3M become a good brand. That management understand the value of employees. Now management have tones of money so thay don't think the value of employees. drop drop makes ocean.
