Strong Tamil culture. They don't want to represent themselves as an Indian company. They want to be a proud Tamil company. Nothing wrong with that, but don't hire people outside from Tamil Nadu and treat them as outsiders. Poor onboarding of the freshers. You wont get any reimbursement from the company. I am telling about M2P's Vikhroli Mumbai office. Apart from salary everything is worst. I suggest never join this organisation. They lay off people without informing. There is no work life balance employee stays in office till 11 in the night. There is no learning curve and they use very old technologies. They interviews candidates in Spring boot framework and tell them they gonna work in this technology but after joining company employees have to work on play framework which is not industry standards. Culture is too bad, unethical and more Vice president and Senior Vise Presidents than team members, example i fresher reports team lead and team lead reports to manager and manger reports to Vice Presidents, means the Fresher needs to do entire the work. M2P will collect the entire the Variable if you move out of the organization. Variable Pay wont include in Full and Final Settlement
