Its a good settled company. Having proper step by step mnaagment. But lots of audits may hamper the reguler work. If ur not reporting to topmost managment then its ok.

Dislikes

Top managment working like micro-managment in every small thing. It demotivate others. Leave and timing policy is somewhat critical.

Work Details

Job role wise it was interesting to work there. We work in development , costing , purchase of IT hardware and software. Colleague are too good. No politics. Single person handled company. If u work hard , they always support. Bad thing is delayed salarie

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
