Production manager is not supportive, any mistake was see he asking about company procedure, but he is not doing work in as per procedure. For new employee he will not give any training regard his work. Production manger said you not working good if you dowork hard also he is not supportive. My colleagues & Canteen. They served us fresh food when it was 5 pm and we were late coz of meeting with MD, as he never cares for others, but Canteen guys always did.

Dislikes

MD of the Company ("So called Management"). It looks like Kirana shop run by Marwadi guy in Maharaj and mentally harrassing employees by giving them bad words in front of all. There paid bus service, paid canteen even oxygen is also not free, as they have sealed, enclosed, air packed office.
