Don't trust on management (MD) He is rude and no sense of Talking. Its kind of Torture to work here. Management didn't respect your efforts. No on time salary, No any Appreciations. And every time they are ready to cut off your salary. If you are late due to system issue in that case also they will cut your salary. MD has no sense to run Company he literary don't care. If you are not feeling well or There is something happened with you he just need his work done. No job Security at all. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparant.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
