One of the worst company I have ever worked at. There is no work-life balance and the seniors are pathetic. Infact I often heard from other people that ' market mein MSM ki halat toh bhot hi zada hili padi hai ' . They will not pay adequately, not provide any benefits Infact no laptop. Please, do not ever employee in this company. They will make your life hell especially the managers like Gurmeet kaur, Sonia manhas. Please be mindful, they will not disclose everything during the hiring you will get the know the things once you started working. They make the employees terified by sending warning letters every now and then and will threaten you to share negative feedback to the future company's reference check. A good organisation to work with. Mostly contacts are made virtually. It is an international brand.

I am in the US team and all my colleagues and seniors are super fun and knowledgeable. I enjoy the training sessions by the People and Culture team, which is refreshing for me, for example, Zumba sessions, standup comedy, evaluation forms, etc. Training from MSM Unify Portal is interactive and if I am facing any issues Mr. Abhishek is always there to help.
