No work-life balance - They will call or message you that there are rush requests/important/needed/priorities even if you are already in bed. I'll keep on extending my working hours for Monday to Saturday and even work on Sunday No process and communication - Requests came from different people and they will just send a message viaslack or skype for their request. They don't know who are people slacking already. Workloads are too much Treatment to employees is not right - Indian executives micromanage the team. Treatment is so bad and controlling. Commanding impractical thoughts and makes employees feel stupid. Termination without any basis - A lot of employees are terminated and reason was because of KPI and performance but don't have any proof/documentation regarding the KPI and having low performance. They just said it. No salary increase and benefits - Been working with them for almost 2 yrs but no increase. They said that after a year there will be but only increase in WORKLOADS.
