One of the worst company I have ever worked at. There is no work-life balance and the seniors are pathetic. Infact I often heard from other people that ' market mein MSM ki halat toh bhot hi zada hili padi hai ' . They will not pay adequately, not provide any benefits Infact no laptop. Please, do not ever employee in this company. They will make your life hell especially the managers like Gurmeet kaur, Sonia manhas. Please be mindful, they will not disclose everything during the hiring you will get the know the things once you started working. They make the employees terified by sending warning letters every now and then and will threaten you to share negative feedback to the future company's reference check. I have been working with M Square Media for past 6 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The company culture is great and everyone is supportive and friendly. The company has a strong commitment to social responsilbility and giving back to the community.
