Mahindra Susten has a young crowd to work with and it's policy is adopted from M&M.

Appraisal system is purely HOD's decision. Hr says it's balanced but actually it's not. Product development head is a procurement guy with zero knowledge of design and engineering.

Work Details

It's hectic to work as Design Engineer. Nothing is fixed so lots of changes at last movement and they expect you to work 27/7. I was also asked to take laptop while for a vacation which I completely denied. I had to work on week ends as well.
