I like only company policies as those were as per Mahindra standard else otherwise not at all recommendable company to work

Dislikes

Most of the things..like no work life balance, not justifiable compensation, partiality, favouratism etc....

Work Details

No work.life balance at all....aome people njoys working timing for time pass activities like chatting, gossiping n all and genuine people keep on working for all tge time, doing late sittings also but still no one appreciates due to favouratism
