Overall it's a best company to develop your skills and start a good career.

Dislikes

There are some 3rd class mentality people are here in the top position. And they don't teach a new commer very well and taunt him and bully him and say they are the boss and you are the person who are equal to the trash.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
