No defined policies, anyday anyone can say anything as per anyone'e choice. Overall there is no Learning and Growth environment. Entire senior management is always skeptical about employees well beings. No proper basic facilities at their warehouse locations. Senior HR member treats you like anything. At the time of joining they tells employees several rosy things but employee's exit is the hardest part in Lynk. It's been 2 years & 7 month I have been working here but there's no Appraisal or promotion I get even i give so much time in my work to get better and better. But there's no respect for my work.
