No doubt, they have failed to raise funding even after 5-6 years of inception. 2. Cartel-run business - People who joined the organization in its 1st month have hijacked the organization. One of the founders doesn't care about the company and the second is naive enough to get easily fooled by the cartel. This cartel forms the leadership core of the company and funnily none of them has FMCG experience. But while making strategies or interacting with subordinates, they act as if they know everything about the FMCG sector. They have become autocratic and pay heed to the words of cartel people only. 3. Micro-managing - For meagre INR 10,000+ transactions, you need the founder's approval.
