Mostly in this organization, I observed that some people was not work properly that's reason ,company going to loss table please look at this type of people, as will as some high level decision making not follow properly Thanks

No defined policies, anyday anyone can say anything as per anyone'e choice. Overall there is no Learning and Growth environment. Entire senior management is always skeptical about employees well beings. No proper basic facilities at their warehouse locations. Senior HR member treats you like anything. At the time of joining they tells employees several rosy things but employee's exit is the hardest part in Lynk.
