Everything is good in company project and maintenance... Clint or civil department very helpful.they guide everytime and discuss about the project and maintenance work....very good atmosphere to learning in the farmaceutical company..

1.Trapped in their own system. Small works take too much time. 2.Office politics, toxic peoples, everyone has their own aura and work accordingly. 3. Managerial leadership fails, lacks empathy towards team members, decision lacking, blame culture. 4. Salary increments and promotions less compared to other peers.

During my tenure at Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.
