I feel compelled to share my experiences as I had the worst experiences of my career at Lumiq. There was an abysmal lack of transparency in work/project allocation, and it seemed as though the lead or manager stole all the credit for the hard work put in by everyone else (people who work at ground level). There was no recognition ofthe team's efforts, and it created a toxic work environment where people were afraid to make mistakes. Moreover, the unrealistic work expectations were unbearable. Without any work-life balance, team members were expected to work day and night, even on weekends. There was no comp-off policy and no compensation for working on weekends. It was incredibly frustrating, and I could see many colleagues leaving out of sheer frustration just within a year of joining. The lack of empathy and blame game culture at the company made it intolerable. The so-called founding members were highly arrogant and disrespected both juniors and seniors. They seemed to be obsessed with micromanagment, which created a lot of fear among the employees. Even minor mistakes were subject to public humiliation and criticism. Overall, I had a terrible experience working at Lumiq. The culture was toxic, and the expectations were unrealistic. Only a select few at the top make all the decisions, and they discourage innovative thoughts and ideas from others. 2) **Dishonesty in Management:** The top management operates on a foundation of lies. The sales team misrepresents their technical capabilities to secure projects from clients. Consequently, developers are often overloaded with work on 2-3 projects, leading to extreme pressure. This results in deliverables not being completed on time, and the delivery team is expected to fabricate solutions in front of the client to mask the company's flawed business model. 3) **Delayed Salaries:** Salaries are rarely paid on time. What I like about Lumiq is that the company focuses on new age tools, and we get to work on this same. This helps us to get the skills required to work in projects. My time is quite good and hoping to work for long years.

All good ratings being posted are forced from the employees. The salary day has shifted from 1 to 8 and now to 15. The blamegame continues, they have removed wfh policies. Leaves have been reduced. All they want is to churn out employees with no appreciation and respect and live in all the toxicity and then you would be a good employee to them.

Almost everything. They torture mid level and junior level developers to work overtime with zero appraisal. Sales team make fake promises to clients and put the delivery managers in awkward situations time to time. All 5 ratings are fake. Mostly they are given by a bunch of people who have planned their retirement from Lumiq including useless HR team.

Some projects are quite challenging, but with the use of latest tools things are easy. Moreover, the work culture is quite highly motivative. We have freedom to put forward our ideas.
