Big No to women employee. Pathetic work - culture in EPC Accounts Department .In EPC Accounts department Senior manager and managers beheviour rudely with their juniors.Managerial level can just hold positions in that company they can't able to seggregate work and assign them to their juniors. Deputy Manager/Senior manager/Manager just do their personal work in the office and put all the work load of their senior to their junior.If any juniors mistakenly ask for solution they behave rudely and even use slang. Management and Hr department don't take any step on senior manager or manager. They just only listen our complaint. No proper HR policy.
