Job security for all confirmed employees. we can improve our skills. Standards work procedures are framed. proper work profile for employees will be given.proper roles and responsibilities.

In this company, comparatively all departments are found ok except process planning(PED). this is a clerical work department and head of the department is wasting all resources under his supervision due to his inability. No work life balance in this dept. overnight stay for un necessary works. so pls dont join in this department at any cause. Reg company: No good salary. no benefits to employees....Read More

my department is process planning. here major clerical work is done instead of brain work. preparing power point presentations for MD meetings and plant head meetings by over night stay. unnecessary works done as a team. no chance for practical knowledge

Likes

systematic company. Have clear scope of our work. No 24*7 work / not so much pressure in work. Good place to work and settle if we don't need to save higher money. Best place for women employees. Have good facility and people for child care.

Dislikes

Salary and compensations are low compare to other automobile industries. Process planning department is not good place to work in lucas tvs. No new learnings of technologies and can't develop our skills much here. At max Only routine works and non value added work process.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
