Learning Opportunities and we have many godfathers to help and rectify the mistakes and huge learning for anything. But Entering into right job at right time would give vast opportunities. If not you'll be doing Lame job based on the organization requirement without any relevance

Dislikes

Growth for Younger people, It is long way to grow from management Trainee to Assistant Manager. it will take years for Employee to build up profile in Top Management. I personally saw one employee who has working for 30 Years got his promotion to senior leadership team just 2 weeks before the retirement. he spent his all lives for organization. The Fast paced working environment is lacking. The upcoming Alpha and Beta Generations are way faster than Generation Z. The culture need to be restructured that is how it will lead to growth of an employee....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
