Growth for Younger people, It is long way to grow from management Trainee to Assistant Manager. it will take years for Employee to build up profile in Top Management. I personally saw one employee who has working for 30 Years got his promotion to senior leadership team just 2 weeks before the retirement. he spent his all lives for organization. The Fast paced working environment is lacking. The upcoming Alpha and Beta Generations are way faster than Generation Z.
