They have a bunch of people who have been working for them for years. In some departments the job security is good, the work is well laid out and unless you commit a fraud or be naughty, you won't be kicked out. But it is not the same for all department.

Dislikes

Lack of processes. In some department, commercial people play an audit role with no responsibilities, whatsoever. The lack of market facingness of the backend departments and their nonchalance to client complaints is frightening. The sales guy owns the ultimate responsibility of bringing in sales and also maintaining clients even ifthe blackened departments beat the shit out of the client in the name of "so called" process and audits, which are actually non existent....Read More
