Dislikes

Sick Leave policy is only drawback and it's clear that few people exploited policy, so organization come up with strict policy. However, it would be great if same gets changed

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Which company should I join?

Please guide me. I have 4 opportunities under my belt which are: TCS 3.5 lpa Tech Mahindra 3.5 lpa with a 2 year bond Infosys 3.6lpa LTIMindtree 4.05 lpa Currently Infosys is calling me for an internship at the mysore campus.
