Work culture one of the worst , please I request do not join this organisation there is nothing you are going learn , specially do not ever join the support role you will retreat your whole life joining this organisation. No work life balance , No Hike , No skill development you would lose yours skills.

Everything over there is for disliking. I have been to Mindtree Hyderabad so I can only comment for that location. Its worst place with all support project from Microsoft. They will hire you telling fake things and will put you in support. You will not learn anything. They will have bond of 2 yes for freshers and then after 2 yrs you will not have any choice and will not be able to switch as you will not learn anything. So please do not join Mindtree....Read More

Work life is not at all good in Mindtree Hyderabad as the projectes are 24*7 and you will have shifts. You will be in different shifts in a sigle month which will impact your health too.
