1. Managers are irresponsible and arrogant. They don't want to grow and let grow othersas a result most valuable employees left the organisation. 2. Company has good vision but lack of quality resources. Ofcourse customer base is also equally responsible for this situation as they don't care about free donations in form of Loylty Points. 3.
