This imbalance can lead to domination by those who create dependencies, despite the head of the team claiming to avoid such dependencies. Ironically, this head often creates and maintains these dependencies. 4.The head of the team often insists on their own approach and fails to understand or appreciate employees' correct approaches to problems. Even when employees present valid solutions, they may be dismissed or incorrectly judged.
