“Micro Managing” is the word that suits this organisation the best, illogical upper management, worst work culture I have seen in my 8+ years of corporate career, seniors doesn’t treat their subordinates with respect, during territory visits the agenda of seniors is not to motivate the front e nd staff or front end managers instead their whole agenda is to find out the smallest of the things so that they can thrash the store team or area team for that, worst is the role of HR😅 who doesn’t care organisation work culture</mark>. Actually i has worked in louis philippe Himayatnager store that is a franchise store . The franchise owner was waste he is not ready give at least one day leave on emergencies. And didn’t credit salaries on time and incentives an well. Rude behaviour with the staff. And the manager and assista nt manager they both are worst managers I have ever seen in my retail career they harassed the staff. </mark>And they don’t tell polite with staff they are not ready to train a staff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lots of politics and increment and growth was very slow and last 2years his not give aa promotion.
