“Micro Managing” is the word that suits this organisation the best, illogical upper management, worst work culture I have seen in my 8+ years of corporate career, seniors doesn’t treat their subordinates with respect, during territory visits the agenda of seniors is not to motivate the front end staff or front end managers instead their whole agenda is to find out the smallest of the things so that they can thrash the store team or area team for that, worst is the role of HR😅 who doesn’t care organisation work culture. Making nonsense excels and trackers are the goals of upper level management and they are happy to do it. Very professional and excellent services provided by the staff to gain customer heart, fastest growing platform for all, good training facilities, team mate are also very much supportive with all. Appraisal are not up to the satisfaction for staff.

Salary and appraisal are very bad for the staff if he is doing best in sales also.maximum I used to do straight shift 10 to 12 hours for the store sale but no value. I feel like partiality among the staff. Rest of all are good.

My work is same as daily happens in retail field. Morning time need to make cash and card tally with bank slip, need to make report of sales, individual sales, sm tracker report of the month in weekly basis. VM set with colleague of entire store etc.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
