“Micro Managing” is the word that suits this organisation the best, illogical upper management, worst work culture I have seen in my 8+ years of corporate career, seniors doesn’t treat their subordinates with respect, during territory visits the agenda of seniors is not to motivate the front end staff or front end managers instead their whole agenda is to find out the smallest of the things so that they can thrash the store team or area team for that, worst is the role of HR😅 who doesn’t care organisation work culture. Making nonsense excels and trackers are the goals of upper level management and they are happy to do it. Work policy: As a sales professional we are always visiting the stores and during our meetings and excel works we can get them finished from home itself.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
