As in RPA team, nothing as its worse than any company I have ever worked in my career

Dislikes

No flexibility, No promotion, Politics, on spot termination because of politics. No extra hours payment. Micro management. Status in every 15 min. Unnecessary calls. No documentation. No standard procedure of anything. HR department is cheapest in the market. No income tax benefits. Payment is much less than CTC due to lots of deduction and no components in salary. Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

The local manager in Koppa had less knowledge on the modern tools and management system. The way the local manager treats his team is very bad. A better leader is required locally. This is a major drawback with poor work life balance. Other than this. Company is a great place to work.
