Company is very big and good but there is no proper system set up at ground level and at Middle level. All things has been maintained in excel only. Only one thing I am able to learn from this company that how to manage pressure under high volume. You will not be able to manage your personal life because working time for this company at branch level is normal hours just on papers but in actual you have to daily spend12-14 hours to complete your task. According to company policy you have entitled for two offs in week (Saturday n Sunday) but at branch level you have to work on week offs also due to high volume and due to lack of system. As in RPA team, nothing as its worse than any company I have ever worked in my career

No flexibility, No promotion, Politics, on spot termination because of politics. No extra hours payment. Micro management. Status in every 15 min. Unnecessary calls. No documentation. No standard procedure of anything. HR department is cheapest in the market. No income tax benefits. Payment is much less than CTC due to lots of deduction and no components in salary.
