Nothing as it's only a jail wherein they torture all newly joined, less experienced faculties.

Dislikes

I have never seen them following work etiquettes pertaining to salary provision, work-life balance and so on.

No Proper Payscale structure - Salary's are not given regularly. No proper infrastructure for students to study - only 1/2 classrooms are good (for publicity purpose**) No required material in labs

College is near to city. Provision for namaz.

Dislikes

Recruiting numerous faculty before inspection and dumping them after inspection. Only labor work. Only meetings ,no actual work. Till 2017. No drinking water, no cleanliness.

Only the college building and garden area was good.

Dislikes

No rules to complete any type of work.Most employees are simply sitting idle.Management are totally different.Lot of documentation work.
