The shop is located in the most happening area of pune. The surrounding is very well maintained and fancy. The interior of the shop is also very impressive.

Dislikes

It's a single 'woman' show. The owner is the one who decides and controls everything. There was a small team who used to report directly or indirectly to her. To begin with the rooms we had to sit was at the back of the shop, were very stingy, dirty, with extremely unhygienic broken toilet. The owner was a dictator, who believed inhire and fire. Most of the employees leave this company in 6months of time baring one or two who may be still there. They are smart people who knows how to butter the owner. Hard work has no value. Most importantly salary is never on time. It's always one month delayed. And it may be reduced and given to you for any error in work or whatever the owner thinks wrong. The owner loves yelling at people and has absolutely zero respect for anyone. There are very long working hours.I had to send a legal notice to the company to get my remaining salary and full and final settlement and also PF which was deducted but not submitted.
