Lohia being one of the market leaders, it is easier to work in the already established market.

Dislikes

Saturdays aren't off, travel schedules are hectic, appraisals aren't carried on time, work culture aren't good .. won't recommend

You will be hired on a lucarative salary, but then for next few years no salary raise due to irrelevant HR policies.

0 work life balance. Very rigid mentality people. Lot of Discrimination. People don't value your opinion due to insecure culture.

Nice accommodation and bus facility.

Work culture is average... Not a place for skilled person. Loyalty preferred over hardwork & loyalty mean you should belong to kanpur because Manager always feel outside bhag jayega. Nothing much to learn. Exposure level is very low and software tool are below average.
