No culture, discrimination, salary growth will take years, higher positions capuured by locals who dont want anyone to grow above them , thus pushing them down and crazy level of dynamic change, one day they will hire 200 people, next year they will release list of mass layoff, asking people to resign and doing layoff 1 by 1, so no one can speak up. Talanted higher management are cornerd by local (kanpur) managers and dont allow amy change to ocuur above their knowledge level....Read More

Work culture is average... Not a place for skilled person. Loyalty preferred over hardwork & loyalty mean you should belong to kanpur because Manager always feel outside bhag jayega. Nothing much to learn. Exposure level is very low and software tool are below average.
