Good company HR department are trying to give best policies to attaract and retain talents. You also get a good opportunity to learn and work on the latest technologies.

Dislikes

Managers and senior management seems to have lost their path. They are now following the "Amazon way" for giving promotion & hikes to people which is really an overhead and it leads to dissatisfaction among the employees. But they should also remember that LogMeIn (now GoTo) is niether Amazon nor they give Amazon comparable compensations to their employees.
