(Patterning Group) Seniors are harassed with Job security, Blackmailing with job consequence More than your technical skills, you Bucket skills are appreciated lot. Very cheap level politics by these mangers along with their followers.

I am from CSS-GUI team, having one of the worst manager - Baljeet Singh, doesn't know how to manage the team, not open to any feedback and is nano manager. He will not attend any meeting nor he will be available during office hours but if he pings anyone then he expects them to be available. He alongwith some other managers are letting this company down.
