Nothing will display about positive thing. But only one thing is top management like ED and MD is ok. They have kind support to his employees. But they are obeying middle and upper management staffs feedback. No propper analyses. This is only the drawback.

Dislikes

No job security. Simply sending out just one day. Middle level and upper management is worst. They like only north indians. No one try to join. They didnt like south peoples especially tamil peoples.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. All the departments are good except HR Department. Work-Life balance and Provide many opportunities for Growth.

Dislikes

Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Not only this, Sanjay Baba can relocate you at any time without prior reason. Ravi sahab always take side of Sanjay baba. Their CHRO should be change, then whole department will be good.

Good Learning with a price tag of overburden.

Dislikes

No support from Senior. The company only take care of their CXO and CHRO but not their employees. Contribution of yours doesn't get recognized. They don't have budget to employee MT as they are paid more than an employee with 4-5 yrs of Exp. Worst management. Even they pressurise us to give good rating of the company on Ambition box, Glassdoor and Great place to work survey. In 2020, we engaged EY, one of the big 4 companies, and allocated a substantial budget for a cultural transformation in CMR. EY had carried out a complete HR Transformation initiative for all our processes wherein job description, role clarity, KRAs, KPIs, talent management process were thoroughly mapped and the same are implemented in our HRMS system- DarwinBox. Also, a substantial focus was on Employee Value Proposition, focusing on all verticals of EVP- Work environment, Career path, Company culture, Compensation & benefits. All recommendations for our MTs, GETs, GTs, Interns and other CMRians are being implemented on year on year basis and the journey is on-going. This year we have focused strongly on diversity by mapping 30 campuses across all geographies and have 100 plus trainees under various programs like ELP, GMLP, GMP and specialized training programs. We have received heartening feedbacks from all Trainees resulting in a good retention rate. We participated in GPTW for the first time with a record 95% participation, which is the best in India as per GPTW data. Post this, we received a certification with our Employee Satisfaction Score of 82% which is near to manufacturing benchmark. Further, we are enhancing our systems and processes with the constructive feedback received by fellow CMRians because we believe that 'Change is the only Constant'.

Environment is very supportive and team members are very friendly. I'm still friends with most of them. Engagement team and especially the CHRO took several initiatives to help better the office culture. Both Mohan sir and the Sanjay sir are very approachable at all times.

Sometimes the work is too much and I had to stay late. Moving up the ladder takes some time.
