1. Teams very friendly and supportive. Good work environment. Feels like a community. 2. MD and CHRO always gives opportunity to learn and do better. 3. Alternate Saturdays off. Can take care of family. 4. Good business model for future industry growth.

Nothing will display about positive thing. But only one thing is top management like ED and MD is ok. They have kind support to his employees. But they are obeying middle and upper management staffs feedback. No propper analyses. This is only the drawback.

Dislikes

No job security. Simply sending out just one day. Middle level and upper management is worst. They like only north indians. No one try to join. They didnt like south peoples especially tamil peoples.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
