Firstly i would like to say the work culture rentomojo have is totally amazing. Each and every person in management team is jubilant and having great leadership.

It seems like we have been part of the chat team since its inception, but unfortunately, there have been no chances for personal development or career advancement, even though we have been putting in our best effort at work. The only positive aspect of this company is that we receive our salary on time. Other than that, there is nothing else that I like about it.

Work is the only activity that will be conducted, and no leave will be provided. We must request leave one month in advance, and strict timings will be enforced with no breaks allowed for personal needs.

Rntomojo has a very good culture compared to a lot of startups. It's a good place to start your career, and there are so many things to learn. helps to learn many things in a shorter period.

I am currently part of the team at Rentomojo, and I find it important to share that I have concerns about the work culture. My experience has left me feeling less than satisfied with certain aspects of the work environment. I believe that a stronger emphasis on communication and employee well-being could significantly enhance the overall work culture.
