Big organization, infact the biggest developer in the country. Which brings ample of opportunities. The brand works wonders on your CV. Sets industry benchmarks. Luxury sector is truly amazing and helps you inprove your network. Takes care of emplyees vaccination and if infected hr sends healthy goodies for better recovery.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Certain policies remain in the HR manuals especially leaves, public holidays, and 3 extra offs that they promise during induction. Salaries promised is not what salaries you get. Theres a lot of hidden elements which is slightly discouraging. Incentive structure is not uniform across projects.
