Certain policies remain in the HR manuals especially leaves, public holidays, and 3 extra offs that they promise during induction. Salaries promised is not what salaries you get. Theres a lot of hidden elements which is slightly discouraging. Incentive structure is not uniform across projects.

Lodha as a company is good, rather very good but only for people working in Mumbai heard a lot from friends and colleagues working in Mumbai. But Pune South & East Market is pathetic.
