There is no corporate culture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.

Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
