The management allowed all of us to start working from our homes, due to covid outbreak. Also, they made certain arrangements in leaves policies where an employee can opt for those when required with benefits.

As a sales executive over here, I get opportunities to handle different types of clients. I cater to their requirements and solve their doubts or queries at the same time. This has given me the experience of handling different kinds of situations which I like the most about my job over here. It gives a sense of satisfaction.

Working here, I find my seniors and the management people are quite encouraging. They have immense knowledge, skill, and experience in their respective role.

Internal management is not upto the mark. Baised attitude towards some employees. Pay package & incentives are not upto market standards.

Working from home is really beneficial for the employees. Not only they can maintain work-life balance but they can also grow career-wise. Working from home, I have learned prioritising the office work.

They didn't support any employee infact they stopped the incentives and the benefits that an employee should get. deferred the salaries and didn't give it back. no verbal or written communication about when will they give the deferred salaries back.

Work culture, Management lacks in communication, Pay, wrong commitment towards the salary package. while joining they tell you that the week offs are Monday and Tuesday, But the management doesn't let you enjoy the week off on Tuesday
