Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

LEFT 3 MONTHS AGO. THERE IS A LOT OF LEARNING ALSO THEY HAVE ADVANCED WORKING CULTURE. PROPER TRAINING SESSION THEY HAVE ALSO THEIR RNR, YEARLY OUTINGS ARE GOOD FOR FEW TEAMS THEY HAVE WORK LIFE BALANCE.

Hired for crm profile HOWEVER I WAS FELLING LIKE I M DOIN SALES JOB.TOO MUCH OF PRESSURE ON SALES WHICH IS NOT PART OF YOUR PROFILE. UNNECESSARY POST SHIFT HUDDLE. THEY HAVE LUXURY SEGMENT BUT SALARY IS NOT LUXURIOUS.YOUR PERFORMANCE CAN ONLY CALCULATE ON YOUR SO CALLED LOYALTY SALES AND FAVORITISM.

First of all the company stands as No 1. Company in real estate, even there is growth opportunity . Working with Lodha Group I feel safe regarding by Job Safety concern. The staff and the Managers are Supportive .Salary and Appraisal both are there. The Facilities which lodha Provides to the staff is very helpful in every individuals life. Overall I feel Lodha group is best place to work.

Aggressive company in terms of sales

No one is ready to take authority and wants to involve in decision making for employee welfare, Incentive Capping! Many People left because of capping as people are working here in already in less salaries(Compare to market standards ) main attraction was incentive which is also capped now So time has come 📈 No values for old employees!
