Hiring policy not good because recently hired staff don't have care about companies existing policies and SOP's rather they tries to implement their previous companies methods and working styles.which disturbs me as I'm working since last 13+ years.

After the COVID outbreak, WFH policy was deployed. It was new to us and we faced some difficulties initially. However with support and help from the authorities, it became a smooth ride for all of us. Thanks.

No value of work, since company has given in the hands of management... Too much of internal politics. No vale of life players for company.
