Employees are good and supportive, motivated manpower, work culture is excellent in MP to do work. Everyone is supportive below to upper management both.

Everything is good when I was in Guna But when I joined in Lucknow here I have faced castism and shouting on employees unsatisfied work culture . Upper management is terrible, work life balance is 0. No one is here to support, Work starts from 7 AM and end was not confirmed 8PM,9PM NOBODY knows when you have to go home. Upper management was using abusing language this is not acceptable from any one as a employee. Conference call no timing it starts from morning 7 AM and last call EOD 9 to 10 PM how can employee manage family time. No appreciation is here as a employee. Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
