Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Dislikes

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie...Read More
