No professional or career growth is to be expected. Salary structure shown on paper looks lucrative and in hand salary is different. Work Life balance is to be completely forgetten.

I was working as a quantity surveyor in the structural design team & preparing BOQ for same. I was also tracking the consumption to avoid any major last moment distress situation.
