The company is great in terms of it's training and development programs and ambience.

Dislikes

The junior level employees never make it to senior levels as the IJP program is biased. Only grads from top tier institutes are selected for GM level and above. Junior level staff gets transferred through IJP to the dept of their choice with no pay raise and at deputy executive level. Top management is absolutely biased and unfair.
